Movement
The scale moved. All this healthy eating and FINALLY the scale moved. I’m not living by the scale or super worried about it. But it is nice to see progress.

I’m in love with powdered peanut butter with less fat and calories. What the heck??? Best smoothie invention ever!
Finishing Point
Another night of working until I finished what was needed for the team to be successful tomorrow in my absence. Grateful to be finished. Grateful for pushing through the exhaustion.
