So glad I took the tip from Rob Bell’s website and got a hotel close by the venue for the 2-Day event and walked everywhere. It was fun to walk with the morning downtowners, drink coffee in the little cafe, and just stretch my legs before a long day of sitting.
Walking Part 2
Can I just say how nice it is to be in good health and be able to walk around everywhere. 40 pounds ago this week would have been harder and more painful. Now, not even an issue. So grateful for my choices and excited to continue these same choices.
Rob and I had a moment. I thanked him. He saw me. It was a blessing of the grandest kind.
