Waking Early

I woke up at about 5:00 AM and hopped up to build a fire in the fireplace. I lit it and then lay back down to watch it. I dozed to the smell and sound of a crackling fire. A gas fireplace is nice…but it will never make me as happy as a wood burning fireplace. Grateful!!

Last Minute

Had a last minute breakfast/coffee with my cousin Erika. I didn’t even know she lived in the area but she contacted me and we got to sit down and catch up. She is so beautiful and sweet and honest. What a blessing!!

Sat down to tea with Tanya and Lesley today in PDX. It was quick but lovely to share life with both of these ladies for a few minutes. They are each so lovely and encouraging.

Home again home again jiggly jig…after 5 days. YAY!!!!
