This summer I mentored an MBA student who worked on an adjacent team. I thought it was funny to ask a non-koolaid drinker to mentor someone. In the end, I’m glad that I was asked and that I got to know this kid. I think it was valuable for her and I know it was for me. Gave me a lot to think about.
