The Filter

I seemingly turned the filter way way down for the week. And sometimes I think that is just what the team needs…for me to be honest and not hold back because that is what Amazon has taught me to do. Play small. Be little. And bite my tongue. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not anymore.

Biting Back

If you are going to question my integrity, you best believe I’m coming for you. I won’t raise my voice. I won’t sound upset. You may even have to listen harder to understand what I’ve said. But I will not put up with it. You’ll not say it unchecked even one more time in my presence.

One Last View

We are moving from our downtown office where I have spent most of my time at Amazon and moving almost right back to where I started. Full circle. Mostly I’ll just miss the beautiful view of Puget Sound. But who knows…maybe in a year or two I’ll get a view back.
