I recognize burnout when I see it because I've been there. After 20+ years working in tech, life as a high achiever wore me down. Burnout was scary and unlike anything I'd experienced before. Realizing I needed a reset, I immersed myself in studying how our brains function under overload, the effects on work and life, and effective solutions.
Using a combination of coaching, meditation, visualization, and writing, I found powerful tools to aid my recovery. I also focused on regaining my executive function by prioritizing sleep, exercise, nutrition, and sunlight. These practices were essential in restoring my energy and well-being.
Once I began my healing journey, I knew I wanted to share what I learned with others. I whole-heartedly believe you have the answers. My role is to help you identify what's going on, sort through what you want, and get on the path from burnout to thriving.

We can do a lot in a short session designed to help you gain immediate insights and identify key areas that need attention. Through a brief yet impactful conversation, we’ll explore your situation, talk about where you might be according to the 12 Stages of Burnout (as defined by psychologist Herbert Freudenberger), and outline initial steps you can take towards finding balance and relief. This is an opportunity to talk to someone who has been there, get some insight into what coaching might offer, and sketch out a plan.

If the 12-week program feels out of reach, this 90-minute intensive is designed to help you tackle burnout in a concentrated and integrated way. We’ll have a head start after the 30 minute session, and will then be able to dive quickly into this intensive.
