4 x 90-minute sessions
We’ll meet as a trio for four transformative sessions. Each session will focus on different aspects of your partnership—from work styles and leadership dynamics to storytelling and communication paths—ensuring you build a stronger, more aligned co-founder relationship.
2 x 60-minute sessions per co-founder
In addition to the group work, each co-founder will have two individual sessions with me. This 1:1 time allows us to dive deeper into your personal leadership challenges, emotional blocks, and how you can best support your partnership.
Throughout the program, I’ll be available via voice notes to answer questions, provide feedback, and offer support as challenges or insights arise. This ensures you have ongoing guidance without having to wait until our next scheduled meeting.
After the program is complete, I offer ongoing coaching for you individually or as a team to help you continue building on the progress we’ve made. Whether it’s monthly check-ins or additional deep dives, we’ll tailor the support to meet your evolving needs as co-founders.
