“A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life.”
– John Wooden
I help people (re)gain personal agency over every aspect of their lives (professional, personal, spiritual), so that they can live with confidence, courage, and connection.
My coaching is infused with humor, kindness, and challenge (gentle shoves) to help you tell your story…first to yourself and then to others. I use powerful questions, coaching tools, and exercises to move clients closer to their values and the life they want. And if you are open and interested, we can use reiki, healing writing, and tarot to help you go deeper energetically.
Along with training as a coach, I have 20+ years of tech & leadership experience and degrees in business (BS Accounting & MBA) and transformational change (MA Organizational Leadership).
My clients are…
- Professional women who want to shine
- Open hearted men who want to lead differently in broken systems
- Executives, founders, and managers who wants to be better leaders
- Anyone looking to reconnect with their intuition, put fear in its proper place, and say “YES!” to life

“I truly felt heard and understood by her. The true brilliance in her mentoring is the combination of her lifelong world-class technical experience and guidance mixed with the emotional intelligence she possesses to also put the external factors into consideration when advising. Thank you for always advocating strength in vulnerability and nurturing our self-worth.”
– Fran Khayat
“Leah’s wealth of knowledge and skills is unrivalled, her ability to communicate it in an understandable way is truly special. When I was transitioning jobs, Leah was right there with the much-needed advice, resources, and steady support. She’s helped me immensely in developing my communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities, making me not just a better manager, better collaborator but also a better human being. It’s hard to put into words how much of an impact she has made on my career.”
