An Everyone Culture

I had this book on my bookshelf at home because I’m always interested in ways to improve the culture at my companies. It turned out this was one of the books we could choose for a book critique in my current grad school class. It is all about how three companies have chosen to be “deliberately developmental” and all the changes that come with that decision.

I had hoped to glean some good insights from this book, but instead I was left feeling like DDOs are cults where women and people of color would likely have to fight even harder to be treated fairly and not get lost in the shuffle.
