I hadn’t read these books since their original publishing. Here we are 18 days later and I’m done (though I do have the last 2 movies to look forward to this weekend).
Now I know what I didn’t when I made that off the cuff joke. I needed Harry Potter (and Hermione Lupin Tonks Ron Luna Neville Hagrid Dumbledore Snape and always always Sirius) to work magic. A little laughter. A little mischief. Some sacrifice. Reminders. And love. So much love.
