My team is about to get some required reading when I get back from this holiday. I feel like these authors wrote down my thoughts…but then I realized it’s what those of us who have been doing this for years KNOW in our guts now…to succeed at building a customer focused product, the entire company has to have a product mindset. Product Managers alone can’t force it. It has to be cultural and deeply felt in each role.
