The 6 Types of Working Genius

Another Lencioni (5 dysfunctions of a team) fable but this time with a new methodology for understanding your own and your teams gifts and frustrations. My geniuses are galvanizing (I can get people to go with me when I’m excited about something) and discernment (I can look at a plan and using pattern recognition and insight make quick judgements about success or direction) but I hate the detail work necessary to finish things (tenacity) and don’t really like dreaming (wonder). Of course we don’t always get to do exactly what we love but we should get to spend more time in those areas that make us feel alive and valued.

I recommend this for individuals and teams.
