The End of Leadership

Another grad school read. It was depressing but accurate, and gave me a lot to think about as a leader and a follower. Technology has made it so that we will never venerate our leaders again. And that is good…and bad. And the leadership marketplace should probably start focusing on teaching followers something too.

My classmates and I found ourselves looking to see what Kellerman had said in the intervening years since writing this book. What she might have said about Obama. Or Trump. But she is silent. And that also makes the case feel unclosed.
