Writing and journaling have some amazing health and well-being benefits…and you don’t have to be a “good” writer to reap the rewards. Among the benefits are things like increased creativity, decreased stress and blood pressure, as well as some significant memory and neurological benefits.
In August, I will host a Writing to Heal workshop where the group will use prompt writing and sharing in a safe space to take advantage of these health and well-being benefits. The two sessions are identical with one being more time friendly for Europe and the other for the United States.
