In general this book was okay. The stories are interesting, if not fully whitewashed (people of color aren’t original??) and expected. Grant can do better.
The one piece of advice that is key is the idea of surrounding yourself with people who will ask a lot of questions and challenge your ideas. So many leaders would be better…do better…if they did this one thing. Original or not. Having some conflict embedded into the process really helps create better outcomes and products for customers.
Overall…this is a pass.
