For me the questions are tied very tightly to how I am living into my core values and leadership philosophy. I am grateful for my ambition, love of a fast pace, and ability to discern where we should go next. These skills have made me great at what I do.
The realization that I will never again use them to chase someone else’s dream helps me breathe deeper. The clear vision of using them to build people up and solve real problems feels like freedom.
My favorite part of coaching is helping people navigate the hard questions. Hard questions don’t scare me. Unasked questions do.
